Over the last couple of days, leakers have hinted at a possible surprise November 15 launch for the multiplayer for Halo Infinite. One Halo leaker even stated they would give away $100 to a follower if they were incorrect. While these leaks have set the Halo community abuzz, another leak has emerged, further substantiating claims of an early launch.

Recently, new information was revealed, adding more speculation to a possible November 15 release date for the Halo Infinite multiplayer. A Twitter user, known as Adam Fairclough, recently posted a picture containing data regarding the Xbox Store. Amongst the numerous lines of text found, Fairclough highlighted several key lines. These segments included what was presumably a date: “2021-11-15.” According to the leaker, these dates are possibly connected to Halo Infinite, suggesting that the free-to-play multiplayer could launch on Monday, November 15.

After posting his findings on Twitter, many fans chimed in, debating whether this leak was legitimate. Some noted that releasing the game on November 15 would make sense, as that date is the anniversary of the original Halo: Combat Evolved. However, some thought that it might only be a coincidence. In addition, one gamer wished that the leak was inaccurate, as they already took time off from work for December 8, the advertised release date.

While these new details regarding a possible early launch of Halo Infinite are doubtlessly exciting for fans, it’s worth noting that Xbox has not confirmed any of this leaked information. As a result, fans should take this information with a grain of salt. Currently, the listing for the game on the Xbox Store still reads December 8 as the launch date, and the Steam page echoes this. Furthermore, Adam Fairclough followed up his original tweet acknowledging that the December 8 release date was still found on many sites. While he wanted to believe that the Xbox Store data means an early release, he realized it could also just be a strange coincidence.

Nevertheless, the chance remains for this rumored date to be the time of the launch of the Halo Infinite multiplayer. Fortunately for fans, they won’t have to wait long to find out, as November 15 is less than three days away.

Halo Infinite releases on December 8 for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
