There are a ton of different monsters in Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin that players can hatch and train, and this includes at least five different Elder Dragons as well. These Monsties are extremely rare and difficult to find, however, so players will need to be quite dedicated if they want to get their hands on one.

Elder Dragons spawn in Super Rare Monster Dens in Monster Hunter Stories 2, and they are some of the most powerful Monsties that a player can have on their team. In order to find these SR Monster Dens, players will need to be in high rank and will want to use a Monstie with the Nest Search ability, as this will make it much easier to find. There is only a 0.1% chance of one of these Super Rare Monster Dens spawning, so players will want to run around an area and use the Nest Search, checking the map frequently to see if it unveiled any SR Monster Dens. They can be identified with ease as caves covered in brilliant, diamond-like crystals.
Monster Hunter Stories 2 has five Elder Dragons currently: Nergigante, Kushala Daora, Kirin, Velkhana, and Teostra. Each of these Monsters has specific locations in which their eggs can spawn in High Rank SR Monster Dens.
Nergigante - Terga Volcano Kushala Daora - Alcala Kirin - Everywhere Velkhana - Loloska and Terga Volcano Teostra - Terga Volcano
Players will want to use Prayer Pots to increase the chance of finding better Monstie Eggs so that if they do happen across one of these, they get something nice.
Finally, it’s important to be able to distinguish these five Elder Dragon eggs apart from one another. All five of them appear with a primary color and then a star made of a secondary color. Nergigante eggs are black and red, Kushala Daora eggs are orange and black, Kirin eggs are bright blue and bright white, Velkhana eggs are light blue and dark blue, and Teostra eggs are orange and blue.\
